Jump Rope for Heart Inter-school Rope Skipping Competition

On 5 July 2026, Cat'z Jump (our rope skipping team) took part in the Jump Rope for Heart Inter-school Rope Skipping Competition 2026 (跳繩強心校際花式跳繩比賽2026), organised by the Hong Kong College of Cardiology. They delivered an outstanding performance and achieved Overall 2nd Runner-up in the Secondary School Division I.

We are incredibly proud of Cat'z Jump , who recently wowed the audience with their talent, determination, and incredible teamwork at the Jump Rope for Heart inter-school competition. With exceptional skill and unstoppable energy, they powered through their routines and secured the Overall 2nd Runner-Up title in the highly competitive Secondary School section, Division I (中學甲組全場總季軍). Congratulations to our athletes for this remarkable accomplishment! You have truly made the school proud.
